Walter Bahr
Walter Bahr captained the United States at the 1950 World Cup and took the shot that Joe Gaetjens turned past England's keeper for the 1–0 win in Belo Horizonte. He played for the national team from 1948 to 1957, then coached at Temple and Penn State. Two of his sons, Chris and Matt, kicked in the NFL.
