Philadelphia Field Club

The Philadelphia Field Club won the ASL's first title in 1921–22 with Bethlehem Steel's players, who had moved to Philadelphia for the season. When they went back to Bethlehem, the club never recovered: over the next seven seasons it won 39 games and lost 152, and it was on the wrong end of the league's two biggest defeats, 14–0 and 12–1.
