STORY OF THE DAY 1 Jonathan Tannenwald of Philly.com reports that former Philadelphia Union head coach Peter Nowak has filed a lawsuit against the Union for wrongful termination and unpaid severance package. In the article Tannenwald unearths the Unions detailed reasoning for firing Nowak. Its not pretty. The Philadelphia Union released a one sentence statement: "The team disputes the allegations in complaint & will vigorously defend against the lawsuit."
