SOME NEWS ADDITIONS FROM A LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON: -Midfielder Daniel Hernandez rejoins New England in MLS after 4 years in the Mexican First Division with Necaxa. I always thought he was a hard-nosed fiery bastard who could help many teams, but seemed to be trouble when things weren't going so well. Seeing as Steve Nicol coached him before, he obviously knows what he is getting in to. I would also think that Hernandez wants to get seen by Bruce Arena for a chance at the World Cup squad. He will become eligible to play once the August 15 transfer window opens up again. Good luck Danny.-The very talented Charlie Davies smacked in a hat-trick as the USA U18's won the Milk Cup today against the host team Northern Ireland 4-2.
