Ethan G has sent us a really exciting news flash from the Philly area where an ownership group wants to march forward NOW and bring a team to the area before they are even done building a stadium. They are talking next year! Which, given that Toronto joins the league next year already would give MLS the desired 14 teams in 07 instead of the awkward 13.
