Rumi Utsugi named to Japan’s Tournament of Nations roster

Seattle Reign FC midfielder Rumi Utsugi has been named to Japan’s 23-woman roster for the upcoming Tournament of Nations. Japan, Brazil, Australia and the United States will face each other from July 27-August 3 in the new tournament.
