-Chicago did not deserve to lose to AC Milan last night. The final was 3-1 to Milan, but the Firemen took it to them from start to finish. I was very excited watching the match. At least two shots went off posts, and Andy Herron had 2 one-on-ones with the keeper (the second one he got off two shots) but could only shoot straight at the keeper every time. Damn damn damn. It sure was fun to watch. (Did I say that already?) The second and third Milan goals came late on counter attacks. In some ways it was classic Milan, get an early goal, sit back, absorb and counter. I don't care what you read in wire reports (one headline read: "Milan Hammer Fire"), this game was a great one to watch, and Chicago gave Milan everything they could handle.-Jimmy Conrad strikes again: What's My Name?-Young American Frank Simek has signed a deal with Sheffield Wednesday after being released by Arsenal.-Steve Goff of the Washington Post says the new ownership of DC United will be announced today!!
