-Unsung Heroes! That was the story of the MLS playoffs this past weekend. Here are the names: Jack Stewart, Ivan Guerrero, Ned Grabevoy, Ritchie Kotschau, Khanu Smith! Who?????? They all played great for their teams as Chicago whomped on DC 4-0, LA kicked out Supporters Shield winners San Jose 4-2, Colorado won 5-4 on PK's in Dallas after going 2-2 in the run of play, and New England stormed back from 2-0 down to win 3-2 over Metrostars.-And Hound Dogs! The horrible hounds of hell in the MLS playoffs were Carlos Ruiz missing an extra time penalty that would have won the series for Dallas, and DC's Christian Gomez who got red carded for spitting in the face of Chicago's CJ Brown when his team was incredibly desperate for a goal.-Next Saturday evening its Colorado v LA at Mile High Stadium.
