Group I only has 5 teams.Round robin home and away.The 9 group winners will move on to the World CupThe runners up in Groups A - H will be paired for a home and away series to determine the 4 other teams to go to the World Cup.-Group I is excluded from this playoff because it started with less teams.From Group I either Spain or France will NOT be going to the World Cup.
